Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights", you have the right to exchange or return goods of satisfactory quality within 14 days of receiving them.

Conditions for returning goods of satisfactory quality

To return or exchange an item, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used and shows no signs of wear (scratches, chips, scuffs, etc.).
  • The commercial condition is preserved: original packaging, seals, labels, and markings are fully intact (in particular, the airtightness of buckets, canisters, and cans is not compromised).
  • The receipt or delivery note issued with the goods is retained.

Please note: according to Ukrainian legislation, certain types of goods (e.g., aerosol cans) may not be eligible for return if their integrity or commercial appearance has been compromised after purchase. Please inspect your goods upon receipt.

Procedure for processing a return or exchange

  1. Contact our manager by phone at +38 (066) 59-59-777 or email us at zintec.torgovyjdom@gmail.com, stating the order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our manager will provide you with the details and shipping information to return the item via "Nova Poshta" (or another courier service by agreement).
  3. Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transportation and send it to us.

Who covers the shipping costs?

  • If the return is initiated by the customer (the product is of satisfactory quality but did not fit or you changed your mind) — the shipping costs for the return are covered by the customer.
  • If the return is due to a store error (wrong item sent) or a manufacturing defect — the shipping costs are covered by the store.

Refunds

Once we receive the item at our warehouse and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund.

Funds will be refunded to the bank card or bank account (depending on your payment method) from which the original payment was made, within 3-7 banking days from the moment we receive the returned goods.
