The coating based on «ZINTEC» is a thin-film zinc coating that protects ferrous metals from corrosion and has high adhesion to metal surfaces. The composition for cold galvanizing «ZINTEC» is intended for anti-corrosion protection of external and internal surfaces of equipment and metal structures. It is applicable in industrial, civil and transport construction, in the oil and gas complex, energy and other industries. At the same time, the coating based on «ZINTEC» provides both active (cathodic) and passive (barrier) protection against corrosion.
Instructions: The composition for cold galvanizing metal "ZINTEC" ® is used for effective protective protection of ferrous metals in various environments (soil, water, atmosphere). It is used as an independent anti-corrosion coating, as well as a protective anti-corrosion primer for various decorative coatings. Work on applying the material should be carried out in a well-ventilated area, using individual respiratory protection equipment. Before applying, the composition must be thoroughly mixed: shake the can for at least 1 minute so that the ball inside can move freely. Prepare the surface: remove loose corrosion products and remnants of old coatings, degrease with solvent or xylene, dry. Application to firmly adhered rust is allowed. When applying the ZINTEC composition, the can should be held vertically with the valve up at a distance of 25-30 cm from the surface to be protected. Apply at ambient temperatures from + 5 ° C to + 40 ° C. After finishing work, clean the valve: turn the can over and press the nozzle until clean gas starts to come out. Remove the remaining composition on the valve with a swab dipped in solvent (solvent, xylene). Store out of the reach of children. Keep away from direct sunlight, heating above 50 ° C, hot objects, sources of ignition, do not smoke. The can is under pressure, do not disassemble, do not break the integrity and do not burn even after use.
